Job Details
Support Japanese-speaking client accounts, wholesale retail buyers, and regional ethnic product distributors.
Identify commercial corporate leads, execute outbound B2B follow-ups, and convert prospects to active buyers.
Conduct inside sales tasks, generate commercial invoices, and verify credit limits with risk teams.
Track corporate purchase histories and coordinate inventory replenishment orders with distribution staff.
Coordinate corporate booth setup and facilitate lead capture at wholesale industry trade events.
Requirements
1 to 3 years of corporate work experience or business development training within Japan.
Prior experience in inside sales, customer service, or retail logistics inside the U.S. is valued but not required.
Conversational English communication skills to support customer interactions and internal business operations.
Business-level Japanese proficiency
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
