Job Details

• Support Japanese-speaking client accounts, wholesale retail buyers, and regional ethnic product distributors.

• Identify commercial corporate leads, execute outbound B2B follow-ups, and convert prospects to active buyers.

• Conduct inside sales tasks, generate commercial invoices, and verify credit limits with risk teams.

• Track corporate purchase histories and coordinate inventory replenishment orders with distribution staff.

• Coordinate corporate booth setup and facilitate lead capture at wholesale industry trade events.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of corporate work experience or business development training within Japan.

• Prior experience in inside sales, customer service, or retail logistics inside the U.S. is valued but not required.

• Conversational English communication skills to support customer interactions and internal business operations.

• Business-level Japanese proficiency

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
