Job Details
Overhaul and direct human resources functions for the organization's North American corporate headquarters.
Create multi-channel recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives to source skilled professional personnel.
Mediate employee relations disputes, conduct internal workplace investigations, and manage performance review loops.
Advise global executive leadership teams on corporate labor risks, structural changes, and workforce tracking.
Requirements
5+ years of progressive human resources experience as an HR Generalist, Specialist, or Manager.
3+ years of practical application of California Labor Law, DFEH guidelines, and FLSA classification rules.
Prior HR experience operating within a U.S. branch of a Japanese corporation or global matrix firm preferred.
Business-level bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Business Administration required.
