Job Details
Process sales orders, prepare commercial invoices, and verify product pricing accuracy for corporate accounts.
Respond to client inquiries regarding product availability, shipment schedules, and promotional pricing in a timely manner.
Assist senior sales representatives with market research.
Maintain and update customer contact records, purchase history, and sales pipelines in the internal CRM database.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance summaries for review by the sales manager.
Collaborate with the bilingual customer support team to resolve order discrepancies and minor client issues efficiently.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative role within a corporate environment.
Business-level Japanese language proficiency for effective internal communication.
Professional English communication skills for professional email writing and phone correspondence with domestic clients.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas) and Word.
Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, and a willingness to learn sales processes.
Ability to prioritize daily tasks effectively in a supportive, team-oriented work environment.
